The Electronic Review of Management (REAd) was launched in 1995. Published by the School of Management of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, it is the first electronic publication in the field in Latin America. Over 600 published manuscripts and an average of 800 daily accesses of readers in Brazil and abroad, REAd was granted A-level status as a journal of nationwide circulation by the CAPES Qualis System and other indexers as well. Recently it has been approved to enter the SciELO collection.


REAd’s whole collection of texts is available from the website www.read.ea.ufrgs.br. A periodic journal, having become triannual in 2007, REAd is open to all themes related to organizational management. Currently, the special editions in English are published online in the journal's website, at Editions. In March 2012, had an average of 839 visitors per week.
